The Kiwanis Club Youth Services Committee hosted a group of students from the Louisiana School for the Deaf to an LSU Baseball game at the Alex Box Baseball Stadium on Wednesday, March 30. Despite the chilly weather, students and staff had a blast! They were treated to an official program, popcorn, soda, peanuts, LSU posters, LSU magnets and some great seats. Club President, Bruce Hammatt, arranged for the students to move from the "exposed" left field bleachers to cozy covered seats. Other members helped to entertain the children, get refreshments and make sure everything ran smoothly. This great experience was sure to help create some great memories!
