LSDVI Early Childhood Learning Center

Three images of young children and their parents are at the foreground of the image. Teal background with white text that reads: Early Childhood learning center, serving children from 0-3 at the Louisiana schools for the deaf and visually impaired.

Our Early Childhood Learning Center on campus caters to Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, hard of hearing (DDBDDHH), Blind, and visually impaired children from birth to age 3. On this page, we will share how we serve DDBDDHH children in our center. For information about how Blind and visually impaired children are served, please view the Louisiana School for the Visually Impaired website.

The LSDVI Early Childhood Learning Center is a FREE initiative that offers early intervention services in addition to other support services for families and children on the LSDVI campus. Our staff members are highly qualified and trained especially to work with DDBDDHH children. For further information about our program, follow us on social media using the icons below. More information will be shared here soon!
